• Work postcode: If provided, for commute time calculations only
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details

How We Use Your Data

• To generate your property research report
• To send you your report via email
• To send daily updates if you purchased The Watcher
• To process your payment

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data to third parties
• We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in
• We don't use tracking cookies for advertising
• We don't share your search criteria with letting agents or landlords

Data Retention

We retain your search data for 90 days to allow you to access your report. After this period, your data is automatically deleted.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate FlatSnipe:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Anthropic: AI-powered property research
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Supabase: Database hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
